I am very excited to join the Packard Health community. I love getting to know patients and their families and helping them to achieve their health goals. I believe our life experiences have an impact on our overall health. I enjoy working with people to help improve their personal health and to empower the next generation with strong physical and emotional health. In addition to general primary care, I have a particular interest in supporting individuals through life’s transitions, for example, the transition to parenthood — helping navigate the challenges, joys and health concerns that arise along the way.
